Where problems arise, Training Works has established a number of policies, procedures and guidelines that include processes for receiving and processing complaints. Training Works is strongly committed to ensuring that trainees complaints are resolved quickly and fairly.
Most complaints are resolved at the local level. If you have a complaint or grievance, you should raise the matter with Sheryl Ward, principal of Training Works. Sheryl Ward can be contacted by telephone 0412315099 or email sherylward@trainingworks.com.au
The procedures also detail further steps to take if your problem is not resolved at the local level.
