Learning Outcomes

At the end of this workshop, you will return to your workplace with:

  • A systematic framework for writing submissions and tenders
  • The ability to analyse funding criteria and determine if the organisation has the ability to meet these
  • The ability to define the key aspects of your organisational identity
  • A generic format for use in preparing a submission
  • The knowledge to plan the key elements of a submission
  • Techniques for estimating the costs, benefits and risks in your project
  • The ability to prepare the submission in a professional and effective manner

Workshop Delivery

The workshop combines both theory, discussion and practical application of the key learning points. Participants are encouraged to bring along their own ‘works in progress’ as there will be an opportunity to develop these in the workshop.
