Writing ministerial and departmental correspondence


DESCRIPTION

Preparing a range of correspondence (letters and emails) for its ministers and executives is a fundamental role of government departments. It is vital that these documents are clear, concise and accurate. This half-day workshop will develop your skills in planning, writing, editing and proofreading correspondence so that they meet departmental standards and ministerial expectations.


OUTCOMES

At the end of this workshop, you will return to your workplace with:
